This is one or two irregular dwarf galaxies. They’re known as the Small Magellanic Cloud, but recent studies suggest it may be a pair of galaxies lined up behind each other.

I couldn't help but notice that during than donation segment Adam didn't seem to know what show it was or WHEN the 1700th show anniversary was.
