@Church of Jeff If someone needs to use the word "cis" then the discussion ends there abruptly simply because I reject that label. I'm not "cis", I'm a man and straight/heterosexual and my "gender" or sex isn't assigned by a doctor at birth, it is given by nature when the sperm cell fertilizes the ovum cell and the XY chromosome from a man and XX from a woman is being merged. to either XY or XX again. Maybe 0.0001% have none of these 2 common chromosome pairs. But that's a fractal minority which doesn't justify calling 99.9999% of all people "cis".
