I wonder if there's any #GNU/Linux or #BSD distribution out there that's relatively modern, stable, and well-maintained, and also not taken over by political nonsense?
It doesn't have to be purely free software, though that would be a plus.
Maybe #OpenBSD? I've used that before on a laptop (until ~10 years ago I think) and it was honestly OK, until my Firefox was so outdated I couldn't watch WebM that people began using in place of GIFs... OpenBSD doesn't seem to have a CoC, which is good.
#FreeBSD has a CoC but it seems acceptable, maybe. At least it lists "sex" alongside "gender identity" as two separate characteristics so it's not entirely brainrotten. It's the most popular BSD if I'm not mistaken, so may be interesting.
#NetBSD also always seemed quite interesting. Maybe I'll try that out for a change. Doesn't seem to have a CoC.
Other than that, #PureOS sounds like a good sensible fully free GNU/Linux-libre distro based on Debian so I might go with that I suppose. Can't find any CoC.
#Dragora is very interesting. It's been developed by one guy for years??? Not sure if it's gonna be as modern and well-maintained as some of the other options though.
@STP @nachtschatten zu den beratungen muss man halt hingehen. bei den meisten einrichtungen wird das inzwischen eher ein durchwinken sein. ist aber für viele immer noch unzumutbare auseinandersetzung mit dem eigenen handeln.
das ideal ist ohne nachfragen die passenden pillen/behandlung bekommen und andere sollen auch noch dafür zahlen.
die gleichen knalltüten verbieten mir mit staatsgewalt den mund wenn ich das kritisiere. mein geld (kassenbeiträge) wollen sie aber nutzen.
@STP @nachtschatten vermutlich müssen ärzte diese behandlungen auch durchführen oder sie riskieren die zulassung. würde mich jedenfalls nicht wundern. wenn m zweifel klagt eine komplett staatsfinanzierte "NGO".
wie immer wäre das ohne staatsgewalt die sich einmischt kein problem.

I worked at a BlueCross BlueShield for 2+ years. We had two bomb threats when I was there. Now if one of those bombs was real; say it took out eBusiness and me and all my co-workers were dead. Did we deserve it? Because we supported an evil company?
Oh but this guy was a big director level position and raked in millions in personal income. Okay, what if it was a manager who made $250k? Yep he should die, totally guilty, But what if it was a lowly software dev that made $65k? oh that's tragic. He's just a grunt in the machine. But what if it was a high end senior dev that made $165k. Well he should have known better and used his skills to get a better job. Okay, what if it was $165k .. in New York City. That's like $100k anywhere outside the cities adjusted for cost of living..
