Hasta ahora y desde hace un par de años había grabado mis cassettes en el deck Akai de mi suegro. Era todo mecánico, grababa muy bien y era lo mejor que tenía hasta que empezó a grabar solo por un canal y después de hacer el azimut para nada, porque de tanto uso tiene los cabezales desgastados, encontré desesperado esta oportunidad en olx.pt este Teac doble pletina y con autoreverse por 120€ de segunda mano y como nuevo en Oporto y la verdad no me lo pensé... de modo que pasé un sábado maravilloso con mi mujer visitando la ciudad y fui a casa de Jorge, un ingeniero de electrónica jubilado que se dedica a reparar decks en la zona de Oporto a precios muy buenos (100% recomendable). Todo limpio, revisado y con las correas cambiadas.
Aprovechando componentes de otras cadenas de música monté mi propio equipo; Amplificador Pioneer A-339 de mi suegro, este Teac W-790R de cassettes y un plato de vinilos Aiwa PX-E80. Todo conectado a 4 altavoces de un par de equipos Aiwa, más que suficiente para mi pequeño estudio ¡Le falta un equalizador y mando a distancia para ser perfecto!
La calidad de sonido es impecable, me encanta y paso los días escuchando y grabando cintas mientras hago mi trabajo. Mi intención es pasar a cassette toda la música que tengo en el disco duro del PC con la mejor calidad posible.
Conclusiones: Este trasto es lo más bestia que he tenido nunca para las cassettes y todavía estoy flipando... más adelante aportaré algo.

El primer "deck" que tuvimos en casa allá por los 90 era un Schneider que traía radio, cassette con amplificador y tocadiscos, de los años 70, pero muy robusto. Aguantó de todo. Después en la decada de los 90 tuvimos la clásica cadena musical Aiwa, una torre con muchos decks incluido uno para 5 CDs, una cosa tremenda con un sonido espectacular pero muy grande también. Después solo tuve radiocassettes de diversas marcas, sobretodo Sanyo, y al poco el CD dominaba el mercado y el MP3 consiguió que lo tirara todo a la basura. Lo lamento cada vez que me acuerdo. Muchos años después, ya viviendo en mi propia casa me decidí por volver a disfrutar de la música en toda su plenitud como hacia antes y me compré este deck Teac que recomiendo sin dudarlo. Una de las cosas que deberás hacer cuando reproduces las cintas, es un mantenimiento minimo, limpieza de cabezales de vez en cuando. Algo que nunca había hecho antes con un Sanyo por ejemplo pero creo que antes no escuchaba tanta música seguida... y es que no se escucha, se disfruta!

Much like hippies take on society, libertarians take on gov, protestants take on Christianity: the continual "the man can tell you what it is, it's like whatever you want, man" attitude and continual atomization just lets the other players that are more rigid and organized win.

But this is actually a very vexing issue to me.
I do not see any way to save western civ without Christianity. Mainly because 90% of white people will not coalesce around race and western civ. I gave up on that a long time ago.
The only hope seems to be Christianity, BUT every branch of every church seems to be getting degraded and watered down.

There is the idealist arguments from how things 'could' be or 'should' be etc...
