It is really time for Ukraine to respond with 'like for like'. If Russia attacks civilian infrastructure/buildings, Ukraine must do the same to Moscow. Focus needs to be on Moscow as that is where the Russian barbarian action is organized. Ukraine's 'excuse' of being accused of targeting civilians is just a cop-out. Easily countered with the 'excuse' that it is only a response to Russian action first. Moscow people need to feel the same pain as Ukrainian people. That may result in a change of approach, or even leadership.
