I finally pulled the trigger and bought a second-hand copy of the #LEGO 71411 The Mighty Bowser set. And at almost 3,000 parts, it’s a hefty chonker. On the plus side, his eyes and eyebrows are posable, for delightfully silly effects. On the minus side, without the by-bag sorting of a new set, the paper instructions have a terrible color palette and I made several color errors during the build, which made me think I was missing more parts than I actually did.
In the end, the set looks pretty close from the original #Nintendo subject and my main issue will be to find a spot in my apartment for this large and rather heavy model.

So, heute war's nicht besser als gestern, aber wenigstens ging nicht noch mehr kaputt. Das Heizungs-Thermostat stellt sich allerdings immer noch alle paar Stunden ungefragt auf OFF.
Ansonsten hab ich draußen eine Runde gedreht: Zum Chaosdorf für Festplatten, zum Hauptbahnhof für die Packstation und zum Rewe für bestimmte Salatzutaten. Das Abendessen war selbstgebaut, und jetzt geh ich mit dem ersten Pott heißer Schokolade dieses Herbstes in einen Film.
